As you can see deleted accounts are not always blown accounts. Due to the poor performance of deleted accounts they a not listed in our linkable account list.

Please note that suspended accounts are not listed on our account available for linking lists. They are however still traded and can return ot the linkable list once after they have fully recovered for 4 to 8 weeks. These accounts have the lowest risk profiles of all the linkable accounts. You are encouraged to use the Medium Risk accounts for that reason
